I love this product. It’s super sheer and doesn’t leave a greasy residue on skin. I purchased two bottle for my family to use on our Hawaii trip and we all (7 of us ) used it daily for 10 days and we didnt empty the bottles. It goes a long way. I especially love it on my face under makeup. I had just purchased the one in the blue bottle, I think it was mango scent, when my daughter asked me if I had sunscreen as she had forgotten to buy some for her Cancun honeymoon. I gave her mine. . When she returned, she told me how much she loved it and said she was in full sun everyday , swimming, enjoying excursions in the sun and not once got sunburned. She is an esthetician so skincare is her thing. She’s known that I have used this product for many years now and she tried to bulk order for her business to offer to her clients. I have been using the SPF 50 for about 6 years now, not just for running, but for all of my outdoor activities, and it is the best product for active people in my opinion. My favorite thing about this sunscreen is that it does not run off when I sweat. The thing that I have also found as I have started to train for ultra running events is that it is easy to reapply and does not leave your hands greasy or messy when you apply on the go.

I first found this product at Mountain Equipment Coop and then Costco. For about a year I could find it NOWHERE but I understand it was being revamped. I have been ordering Kinesys sunscreen for about 4 years now. Before that, my mom would send me them as gifts. My family (me, husband, and 3 children) use the sunscreens daily throughout summer. I have been a huge KineSys fan since the late 90's, when I found myself at a hot summer music festival at Thunderbird Stadium *without sunscreen*! (This was much more acceptable in the irresponsible 90's than it is today). I came across a small KineSys kiosk in the merch area and the rest, as they say, is history.

This feels just like a dry oil spray. Applies a thin layer of oil on your skin that feels light and smooth. I really like how this feels on my skin.
I am not sure that it fits actually offer that much SPF though. I put it on one arm abs not on the other, and didn't notice any difference between the two after being in the sun for an hour.
Spray bottle is a great size for taking along to the beach or on a hike.

I bought this to put on my arms and hands when driving in the car. I have had issues on both hands from sun and the dermatologist said the sun coming in the car window causes problems. This has no scent and is not very oily. My granddaughter likes it on her face also.

This is a very small bottle, but it is really handy to tuck in a purse or the car. I love the sunscreen. I love the ingredients, and in particular what is missing from the ingredients! The smell is nice and minimal, and it goes on easily and doesn't irritate our skin. At the end of the day I wish this came in a slightly larger bottle, but for facial sunscreen, it is a good deal. I do recommend spray on hands and then applying, but I would say that for any product. We didn't burn at all with this, in fact we had no noticeable change in skin tone at all after a day out and a few applications, so that's phenomenal news in my book! IT does what sunscreen should do and protects us from the sun!

I keep this in my purse for those times when I find myself outside unexpectedly without sun protection (I keep a hat in my truck for this same reason). This does go on a bit greasy, but it is super easy to rub in & it works. No toxic fragrances, no irritation. It is expensive for a mere 1 oz. but for portability & not getting sun burn when caught out, it's worth the price. Plus, it lasts me a long time seeing how it's for "emergencies."

i like this, i use it for my face believe it or not, because it is fragrance free. you can say i am a sunscreen addict. i layer 3-4 sunscreens on my face everyday even when i don't go out of the house because of my melasma. the more the better. i use this as the base because it is kind of moisturizing, it feels a little slippery at first but then it goes away.
i especially like that it is fragrance free. no complaints at all. pleased with the product.

I first heard about this brand because it was listed in Allergic Living's 2020 Top Allergy-Friendly Sunscreens List. Since my son has severe allergies it has been very hard to find a sunscreen that is free of top allergens INCLUDING coconut. We had been using Badger Baby on all of us for the last 7 years (because if he hugs or rubs up against us while we are wearing sunscreen with coconut he breaks out) and while it works and has great ingredients, it's also a thick white paste. So when I saw this and saw that it was free from top 8 allergens, including soy, no sesame, gluten-free, AND coconut free AND cruelty free/vegan AND it was a spray!?!? Well it sounded too good to be true.
It's not. It works. It's so much easier to put on than the Badger Baby sunscreen. We can put it on my allergic kid and no rash, we can put it on my 3 year old and no screaming or wrestling. They can run around outside in the heat and play in the water and so far no complaints about anything running into their eyes and no burns. We are generally sun-cautious and wear a lot of sun protective clothing and hats, but this works great for the areas not easily covered like neck, feet, hands etc.

Easy to dispense - one nice press on the pump dispenses a good amount (enoough for a face or arm). Goes on easily. A little runny but not terrible. Not greasy.
Pretty good sun protection but I did notice my arms getting red after several hours & needing to reapply, so would desire more longevity in my sunscreen.
No notiecable scent, which is great for hiking around insects and wildlife which may be attracted to foreign scents.
A tad bit expensive given it does not last a whole afternoon for me, but high quality and will keep it on my list of products to consider for future hikes.

It's great to see this labeled as gluten free and not have to read all the ingredients. This sunscreen is everything is mentions in the description and video. It felt like someone was blowing on your your back when my husband was spraying me. It's a very light mist and not heavy or thick. It doesn't leave you feeling greasy. I didn't notice any scent.
The one ounce is like a sample size. It was used on 3 adults and now looks half gone. I'd say we would use this up within 3 days. So it would be great for traveling on a plane or a weekend trip. 170 sprays sounds like a lot, but an adult will probably use about 20 sprays.

I love this sunscreen. It is very light and sheer and when sprayed on and rubbed in and you can't even tell that it is on your skin. This is great for my daughter who doesn't like thick sunscreens and has extremely sensitive skin and burns easily. I can have this in my purse- hand it to her in the backseat and not worry about having a mess all over my seats. This is a great option- especially when I live in Florida and anything that you put in your car melts or start boiling practically. LOL

I live in Colorado where the sun is critical almost daily. I use spray type for my body because it is convenient. First time using an actual hand spray type of sunscreen. I like this sunscreen because it is non oily almost like at all. Also, there are no sunscreen or fragrant scents whatsoever in this bottle. I like this sunscreen but I don't love because this sun product contains Octinoxate 7.50%. Octinoxate is what Reef in danger. I read the company's respond about Octinoxate. I would skip this product and get the product doesn't contain Octinoxate. Overall, this sun product is fantastic and non greasy I like this!

I live at the beach in Southern CA. so lots of sun. I have 8 different types of sunscreens on a shelf for friends to use. Found this gem, I keep it hidden - at least till I get a few more. I'm a runner and cyclist.. also sweat a lot. I have allergies and very sensitive skin. This is it for me and happy I finally found something that works. I have the 30 though want to get the 50 for longer rides or runs. I've never paid attention if it's shiny or not.. beats melanoma. It dries and feels as if I'm not wearing it. I sweat and it doesn't burn my eyes. I appreciate the silky feel initially so it's easy to rub on. I use it all over and the bottle has lasted. I think the only downfall is because it's a pump spray.. it's hard to get my middle back evenly and I cannot reach to rub it in. I know, cuz i missed an area and had a fairly bad sunburn. So I have another spray.. different brand just to hit that hard to get area. At the beach, sand doesn't stick to it. While hiking, dirt doesn't cling.

This is a great travel sunscreen. It goes on quite oily, but that goes away. Since I am at home, I don't care about the shine factor, but this be an issue if I wore this out in public. I would say great for a hike or an activity where you will shower shortly after. It did protect my skin.

On application, I found that this sunscreen is clear and (mostly) odorless.So far it has not irritated my skin. When first put on it feels a little oily (and is a bit shiny). After a while - 5-10 minutes perhaps - it sinks in and only a slight sheen remains.
I like the pump action of the dispenser - I generally spray it into the palm of my hand and then spread it where I want it to go.

I wanted a small spray of spf for my face. I wanted to be able to spray and go. This you can't do that because it burns your eyes, even if you close them tightly. I have to spray on my hand and wipe on my face for it not to get into my eyes. I do like this overall. I love that this is so small. Great to stick in your purse and go. It's not scented, which is great for the face. This does protect. I just wish I could spray and go.

I initially bought the small size of the unscented to try as a facial sunscreen. To my surprise it felt light going on and didn't sting my face like most other sunscreens. Additionally it did not cause my skin to break out or closed comedones. I even forgot to wash my face at night and it still didn't break me out.
After few weeks of using it I started using it on my tattoos to help prevent fading. It is so easy to use you just spray and rub.
The product says it is oil free but in place to give it slip they use Trimethicone that gives it a silicone feeling slip. I find when I apply the sunscreen it gives me a bit of shine on my face that slowly fades with time but never fully disappears. I have dry skin so this isn't a dealbreaker for me but if you want a matte sunscreen this isn't the product for you, although you could probably set it with powder to give you a matte look.
If you have tattoos this sunscreen is perfect for keeping them looking new. It take 10 seconds or less to apply and goes on clear unlike lotions that can leave a white cast and make them look fuzzy and skin look flakey. The mini is perfect for on the go, I keep the mini in my purse for days when I might need to reapply throughout the day.

You can't get better sunscreen than this! One application will work for a couple of hours if you're swimming, and all day if you aren't. It applies like a dream, and doesn't stain clothes when it gets on them. This transforms "applying sunscreen on kids" from "the worst parental task ever" to something you will whip through quickly and easily without any complaints (from parent or child!). It has an EWG rating of 3, and I'm more than happy for that given how little success I've had with every sunscreen I've tried rated 1 or 2. So... this will be the sunscreen our family uses as long as they make it. Thank you to MEC for carrying it! :)

This is an awesome product! I swim and bike a lot in the sun and this is my go to sunscreen. Non greasy, non sticky, no overwhelming perfume.

I highly recommend this product. This oil-based sunscreen prevented burning of my skin and my skin was not irritated with this product.

I have only used it once and I was really impressed. It's not sticky and easy to apply. I have sensitive skin and I did not break out anywhere. It's non-scented which is another great feature.
